The hotel is located on scenic Shamian Island, right opposite a lush park, and just a short walk to the Guangzhou underground railway. the clean and spacious rooms come with comfortable beds and big, powerful showers in their en-suite bathrooms. the functional staff have some basic English and there are smoking rooms that don't seem to have any odor. the hotel charges a reasonable price compared to other area hotels.

We loved this hotel's location on Shamian Island, with easy access to the Guangzhou underground railway system. The community workout park next to the hotel provided a glimpse into local life that we enjoyed. The colonial-era buildings in this area are beautiful, making it a great location in this beautiful part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful despite language barriers.

The hotel had a good location and was relatively cheap which was great for our budget city trip. The staff were friendly, though their English wasn't great they tried to help us whenever we needed it. They provided us with towels which were replaced every day and housekeeping service was good too.

The room had the worst view we've seen from a hotel, it was facing a wall which made the room dark and there was no privacy. the breakfast was the worst we've had in a hotel, it was basic with limited options and not tasty at all.

Great spot in central location and easy access to community workout park with running track. Friendly and helpful staff, even though English is limited. Clean and comfortable rooms, making stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Some rooms do not offer privacy with poor view. Noise disruption from outside hotel during weekends, particularly during late night hours, can disturb guests' sleep.
